Our company provides intelligent solution design and supply of the continuous casting mould, including the mould equipment and the mould expert system. The mould equipment includes width adjustment device, liquid level detection device, steel leakage prediction, thermocouple and related control systems. The mould expert system, consists of steel leakage prediction model, thermal imaging model and friction model, can generate real-time dynamic simulation of mould thermal map, and can visualize mould production by calculating relevant parameters such as heat flow in combination with analyzing on-site production data. According to the collected copper plate temperature data, through algorithm calculation, we can predict whether there is steel leakage due to bonding, and can give early warning to avoid accidents.
