The HPM series AC permanent magnet servo motor is a brand new series of products independently developed and designed by our company in accordance with national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and market demand. Using high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials and special stator slot and rotor structures, the efficiency of the motor meets the El4 standard. The feedback device can be equipped with absolute encoders, rotary transformers, etc. These structures make the motor have the advantages of small size, low inertia, high rigidity, high efficiency, low noise, fast response, smooth operation, precise control, and strong overload capacity. The product has a power range of 8.6kW-282kW, rated torque from 55N.m - 1350N.m, and rated speed from 1000pm-2000rpm. The motor power factor can reach 1.0, which can save considerable energy in continuous fixed operation loads; In continuous cyclic loads, the energy-saving effect is particularly significant, saving about 30% of electricity compared to traditional motors (depending on specific operating conditions), which can achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
